“I’m not motivated to train at home on my own”
It’s a statement we’ve heard over the last 2-weeks a few times, I understand its different to being in a gym with banging music and coaches encouraging you.
But, what choice do you have?
It’s the current state of the world, it’s one of few choices and options.
🏋️ Taking just 2-weeks off training will put you back more than 2-weeks of progress.
There are two types of people in fitness at the moment.
The ones that are getting it done and the ones who are going to wait it out and complain about how it used to be.
Action takers always win so what are you waiting for?
