I was in the early stages of my 2nd pregnancy when I changed to Adam from a different trainer. Adam is an amazing trainer and knows people’s limits of what they can and can’t do and when they need a push! I trained with Repetitions until I was 38 weeks pregnant, with Adam tailoring the program to suit my requirements. I was back at my pre pregnancy weight just 4 weeks after giving birth and I believe that was because of all the exercise I did with Repetitions!

I found Repetitions after searching for a personal trainer (PT). I was a bit hesitant to make contact as I didn’t want to go to a gym. I forced myself one afternoon to call in and check it out before dismissing it completely. My first impressions of Adam was that he is very passionate about the training and the variety of training they offer. From PT to small focus groups to a variety of group classes to open gym. It’s a great environment and feels like the “old” traditional gyms as opposed to the larger “corporate” ones… with things like, a board with monthly challenges for anyone to do (friendly competition amongst members) to a board with suggested exercises for the open gym if you don’t want to think about what to do. I am very happy with my one on one PT training. Highly recommend!

I was tired of feeling and looking miserable, my daughter had already started with Repetitions and said that I should join too, so I thought it was a good chance to spend some time with her and time for me to do something for myself.

Since starting with Repetitions in August 2014 I have lost 16kg and gone down 3 dress sizes.

I feel fitter and happier than I have felt in a long time and even my tuck shop arms have become firmer and much stronger.

I enjoy when I come to training that I know I can do exercise at my pace with the guidance of a trainer teaching me the correct techniques.
