1. Use this lack of structure and normality as an excuse to unravel. To eat more, to sleep in, to mooch about. To console yourself that everyone else is in the same boat so, “why the hell not!”

2. Hit the reset button. Now is the perfect opportunity to do things differently.
-To learn how to prep and cook balanced meals
-To exercise at home every day
-To try to get 7-8 hours of sleep
