On Mondays, Wednesday’s and Fridays we LIFT! ❇️ We don’t just run circuit sessions. Don’t get me wrong, circuit training is fun! We love it, but there are so many other ways to run group training sessions. ❇️ We train hard. Our 60-minute sessions have everything you need, to get you fit, strong and in the best shape of your life. ❇️ Access to the gym! We love group training, but sometimes you want to do your own thing. Our members have access to train outside of class times.
