Quick tip for motivation ? With any program, losing motivation is often the biggest reason why people pull out or stop working towards what they initially set out to do. One simple hack I like to use, is to change my screen saver on my phone to something that reminds me of my goal. ❇️You could use your before picture ❇️Use a number to reference your goal weight or how much you want to lose ❇️It could be an image of your dream outfit ❇️Pictures of your loved ones that will remind you of why you started ❇️A picture of someone that inspires you to chase your goals Anything can work, just choose something that works for you and set it to your screen saver!! ?☎️
