I began my journey in my school gym every morning, learning the basics of lifting from the teachers that trained with us in the mornings. Once I had finished school I got myself a membership to my local gym and that’s when I started to see results.
I went from weighing 45kg in Year 9 to weighing 70kg at this present time.
Through proper training and nutrition I have transformed my body for the better and each and everyday I am ever so grateful for that. With my own success I wanted to help others feel comfortable in their bodies and achieve the bodies they have always dreamt of, so I dipped into my savings and applied myself to become a Personal Trainer and help out others with their goals.
I am always looking out for ways to improve my knowledge as this industry is always changing, so I look to adapt and be ahead of the rest of the pack. I like to relate my passion to this quote:
“The Wolf on the Hill is never as hungry as the Wolf climbing the hill.”
I want my clients to look forward to my sessions, as I aim to provide a challenging yet fun time for my clients as I steer their ship towards the body that they desire!
