Simple Trick to BOOST Your Motivation
Find an outfit that you would love to be able to fit into. You can either use something that has been in your wardrobe for years or a new outfit that you have seen at the shops. Try your best to put the outfit on (it shouldn’t fit you just yet), while you have it on visualise yourself wearing it with the outfit fitting your body perfectly. Then put the outfit somewhere that you will see it DAILY!
Keep working hard and try on the outfit weekly until it fits you.
This will work best with either a pair of jeans, a nice dress or a suit for the boys!
