Aloe Citrus Juice Recipe

🐝🥛This special drink is a GREAT way to start your day because it’s packed with foods that are amazing for your gut health! 
You can find pure aloe juice at most natural food stores or supplement shops. 💚🌿

🍋🍯Aloe Citrus Bloat Buster
(serves 1)

½ cup (120 ml) water (or coconut water)
½ lemon (juiced)
¾ oz (22 ml) aloe juice 
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
½ cucumber (large, peeled, seeded and chopped)
¼ cup (8 g) loosely packed mint leaves
½ tsp grated fresh ginger
Dash of sea salt

Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Drink as-is, or you can strain the juice with a cheesecloth or fine strainer to remove pulp! Enjoy!
