Does Eating At Night Make You Fat?

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU EAT LATE 🤔

If you eat just before bedtime, there are a number of things that might happen which include indigestion, trouble sleeping, and drowsiness.⁠

You may also find that your weight more the next morning. However, it’s important that you realise that these weight fluctuations will be due to retained water – especially if you had a particularly salty meal⁠

You won’t gain fat overnight just because you ate late if you are still in a deficit so don’t worry!⁠ 🤙🏻
