If you eat just before bedtime, there are a number of things that might happen which include indigestion, trouble sleeping, and drowsiness.
You may also find that your weight more the next morning. However, it’s important that you realise that these weight fluctuations will be due to retained water – especially if you had a particularly salty meal
You won’t gain fat overnight just because you ate late if you are still in a deficit so don’t worry! 🤙🏻
