🔹 Drink more water – It will help you feel full but also might help make sure a thirst cue isn’t mistaken as hunger.
🔹 Eat a salad – they give more bang for their buck in terms of portion size without the calorie hit, so you’ll naturally eat fewer calories.
🔹 Eat fruits and veggies – These are higher in fiber and lower in calories (like the salads), it means less of the actual calories in the food will be absorbed by the body.
🔹 Drink coffee – It will surprise hunger a little longer before eating or going for that extra snack.
🔹 Keep it simple – Don’t make food too complex and full over tons of sauces and hidden calories that all add up.
