A lot of the time diets can be so complicated that it can be easy to forget the simple things that make a huge difference.
Limit your intake of foods containing saturated fat, added salt, added sugars and alcohol.
Basically limit the amount of biscuits, cakes, pastries, pies, processed meats, commercial burgers, pizza, fried foods, potato chips and savoury snacks.
If you are someone who loves these foods, but is currently overweight.
Chances are you have over eaten these types of foods.
