Fat is a very important macro for vitamin absorption and the hormone regulation of our bodies. Although there are two types of fat: saturated fat which are the ones you should limit yourself from because of high calories, such as fast foods and unsaturated fat is the healthy fat you should consume such as avocados, nuts, olive oil, etc.
The important thing here is to know that your diet should be flexible by including all three macronutrients in a balanced way and not getting rid of any of them completely. ⬆️
