If you’re not deadlifting by now, what are you doing? 

You’re missing out on some huge untapped strength. Seriously.

The deadlift really does do it all. If there’s one lift, that can add more lean muscle where you need it most, help clean up posture, burn more fat, feel stronger, and build up your glutes so your knees and low back stay healthy, it's the deadlift.

But before you start, you need to know how to execute the movement correctly.
1) Proper form is a must
✔️ Chin tucked
✔️ Spine from the tailbone to the neck should be in line throughout
✔️ Abs and lats tight
✔️ Grip hard
✔️ Push the earth away from you
✔️ Don’t jerk the bar off the floor, you want to be smooth

2) You gotta add weight and get stronger.
-Focusing on technique first and weight second gets you all the benefits you’re looking in looking and feeling better.
