Our small group sessions are perfect for those who are new to exercise and need the extra attention and accountability. These sessions are also great for anyone who has been training for a long time but wants to push themselves to the next level with their training.

Small Group Training in Rouse Hill

Our small group sessions are capped at a maximum of 6 people per session. Training sessions are then tailored to meet the needs of the individuals in the group. If you are after one on one training, but that doesn’t quite fit your budget. Then our small group sessions are exactly what you need.

What’s included:

  • 3 x 60 min small group sessions per week
  • Completely customised nutritional plan with Body Sculptors Australia
  • Unlimited access to our regular group sessions
  • Unlimited access to use the gym
  • Measurements every 4 weeks

Schedule:

AM Timeslots
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
5:30 AM and 6:30 AM
PM Timeslots
Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
6:30 PM and 7:30 pm
